Ice & Fire Con Ticket Policies
1) No refunds*. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling of the convention due to circumstances outside of our control, because of our intimate size, we cannot offer refunds.
2) In order to attend Ice & Fire Con 2023, you will need ONE of the following:
a) Proof of COVID vaccination, with the date of full vaccination status being prior to April 12th, 2023.
OR
b) A negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of arrival before entering the convention.
3) Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers will only be available if Ice & Fire Con 2023 sells out and will be subject to a $10 transfer fee. You will be responsible for any exchange of monies when selling your ticket, as Ice & Fire Con will not be responsible for or facilitate the transfer of monies for tickets. *Credits or refunds will only be given in case of emergency (i.e., hospitalization of the ticket holder or of someone for whom the ticket holder is the sole caretaker, death in the immediate family within 30 days of the convention, etc.) or Military Deployment and will require proof. Ice & Fire Con reserves the right to grant or deny any credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Should you cancel your stay for an emergency and should we deem your cancellation worthy of a credit or refund, we will issue said credit or refund at your original ticket purchase price less the original taxes and fees and a $20.00 processing fee.
3) We recommend staying at the lodge if you plan to participate in all convention events.
4) Please note that Ice & Fire Con is an event for those 18 and older. We ask that you not purchase tickets for yourself or anyone else should you or they not meet this age requirement. If a ticket for someone under 18 is purchased and we are notified at least 30 days prior to the convention, the ticket will be refunded minus the original taxes and fees plus a $10 processing fee. If we are notified 29 days or fewer prior to the start of our event, no refund will be provided.
