Ice & Fire Con Ticket Policies
1) No refunds*. If Ice & Fire Con sells out, then and only then will tickets will be transferable, minus a $20 processing fee. The organizers are not responsible for facilitating transfer of monies for tickets, and will change the relevant information after receiving a written request from the original purchaser and the $20 processing fee; however, please do not plan on the event selling out.
*Refunds will only be given in case of emergency (hospitalization of the ticket holder or of someone for whom the ticket holder is the sole caretaker, death in the family within 30 days of the convention, etc.) or Military Deployment and will require proof. Even so, due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Should you cancel your stay for an emergency, we will issue a refund less a $20.00 processing fee.
2) If you purchase a full-weekend ticket and do not book a room on our venue’s property, the organizers reserve the right to restrict your access to the venue and to certain Ice & Fire Con activities/events.
3) Please note that Ice & Fire Con is an event for those 18 and older. We ask that you not purchase tickets for yourself or anyone else should you or they not meet this age requirement. If a ticket for someone under 18 is purchased, the ticket will be refunded minus a processing fee.
