Wrap Up the Holidays with Ice & Fire Con

Seasons Greetings from Ice & Fire Con!

As 2016 wraps up, we’re just over four months from our fifth anniversary convention, and we hope that you’re as excited for it as we are!

Please note that we are still accepting vendor applications – you can find information about the first vendors on our website, and the application information is now published there as well. We have another very exciting “vendor” announcement scheduled for the first of the year, so stay tuned.

Don’t forget that ticket prices go up to $75 each beginning January 1st, 2017, so if you want to lock in the current price of $60, buy yours soon! We also have a special package available only through January 31st, 2017 – this package is priced at $600 and includes the following:

  • 2 weekend passes to Ice & Fire Con 2017
  • Accommodations in a Richmond/Thompson cabin at Mountain Lake Lodge for the nights of Friday, April 28, and Saturday, April 29
  • 2 extra gifts in addition to the ones included with the weekend pass
  • $50 credit to Mountain Lake’s bar and restaurant.

This is a great deal and a great gift idea for that special A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones fan in your life. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about our holiday package deal.

If you have already purchased a ticket for Ice & Fire Con 2017 but not yet received an email with room booking information for Mountain Lake Lodge, please let us know. Also note that our room block is only reserved through January 28. You will still be able to get our special room rates but we can no longer guarantee there will be lodging available for our attendees after that date.

We have set up an official mailing list, if you want announcements like this one delivered right into your inbox.

We also highly suggest liking our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information, and joining our Facebook group if you want to get to know some of your fellow attendees before the convention. Thank you again for your support of Ice & Fire Con, and have a great rest of the year!
